Is it wrong that I'm more curious about the odd radome-looking thing on the belly of the B-17 in the background?

I actually thought of you when I first came across this photo.
As the radome is where the H2S would of been I presume it is some sort of radar test bird.
But I cannot make out the serial #

That's a Hawker Dantorp H.B.III, a version of the Hawker Horsley developed for the Danish Navy. As with a lot of these type of planes, the floats could be switched with wheels.
