• Welcome to The aim of this site is to provide skinners with a place to relax, discuss and post their work. We hope you will enjoy your stay here and we would like it to be a pleasant experience for everyone. Please help us by following these guidelines:

    1. Keep the language clean on the public forums. If you experience a problem, please PM the admins or moderators and we will address the issue.

    2. Make sure that you post topics in the correct forum sections. If you're not sure about the proper area to post in, send one of the admins a PM and we will clarify it for you.

    3. All skins, templates, campaigns and missions found on this site are the intellectual property of the original author(s). Most skinners in the IL2 community adhere to the "Skinners Etiqutte" gentleman's agreement. For more information, please visit this topic at the Ubisoft website: Note: Failure to follow these guidlines can and will result in a permanent ban from this site. In simplest terms, always credit work you didn't make yourself. We (the Admin staff of A & A Paintworks) will not tolerate any uncredited sampling of work being hosted at this site or linked to via the discussion boards. While we can't control what is being hosted elsewhere, we can control the requirements to be a member at our own website. We are a community, and as such we must recognize that conduct at one website has direct influence on others. Therefore, any conduct unbefit at M4T, SAS or AAS (as examples) could result in suspension of priveledges or permanent banning. Remember, just because we have our own house doesn't mean we don't visit our neighbors.

    4. Constructive criticism is welcome here. If you feel you have a suggestion to make, please make sure you do so in a positive manner. The people here spend a lot of their own time researching and producing these skins. It can be difficult to improve the artwork when no solution is offered to make it better.

    5. Enjoy yourself here, this is what it's all about. We will strive as a team to bring you the best possible experience. If there is anything that you feel would help to improve the site, such as new forum categories / sections, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Edit: New rules concerning spam posting:

As our site continues to grow in terms of members and new content, we would like to clarify our position on what constitutes 'spam posting'.

Our definition is best described this way:

Any post that does not offer supportive reasoning for it's opinon, or drags a discussion off topic is considered 'spam'. Any inappropriate posts on the message boards will be removed by our staff. If an idividual continues to post in this manner, they will recieve a warning, followed by a ban if the warning does not correct the situation.

Additionally, excessive posting or 'shotgun blast' posting for the sole purpose of increasing one's postcount in a short period of time will also be classed as spam. This practice will not be permitted on our message boards, and we are taking a stricter view of this type of posting. Any inappropriate comments will be removed by our staff and the idividual in question will recieve a warning. If the warning does not correct the situation, they will be banned from our forums.

Obvioulsy, we all make posts like this from time to time. You won't be subject to warnings for the occasional "Wow~emoticon~" would be hypocritical for us to take that staunch of a position when we're guilty of it ourselves. It's the volume of such posts we wish to limit, if not eliminate entirely.

With all that being said, let me point out that this is not currently a problem at our site. We wish to make it clear to our members that the sole intention of this amendment is to provide our members with the best possible experience on the message boards. If you have any questions or concerns about this addition to the Terms & Conditions, please feel free to contact any of our staff members.

Thanks for taking the time to read all this,

    Admin and Moderator Team
