B-25D 17th Photo Recon Squadron Skinpack

Description The 17th PRS served primarily in the SW Pacific as part of the 13th Air Force from Feb 1943 until the end of the war. While primarily used for aerial reconnaissance, the 17th also performed some strafing and bombing missions.

I used the B-25C as the basis for these skins as there isn't a proper type in IL2 for the late model B-25Cs they used. While they retained the unpainted glass noses of a normal B-25, they had the early style twin gun packs on each side of the fuselage as well as the "bay window" waist gun positions. If you wish, you can use these skins on either of the B-25D types in the game although the panel lines are not "correct" for those models.
